Getting Support

General support for Kubecost is provided via the following channels:

  • Our support email is support@kubecost.com. Please reach out with issues, questions, or even feature requests.
  • Our Slack workspace (invite) (dedicated SRE available for Enterprise plans)
  • Github issues can be filed here
  • Video and phone support available to all paid plans.

We offer professional support options and SLAs with our Business & Enterprise plans. Standard support hours are 8:00 am through 6:00 pm Pacific time. We respond to all helpdesk tickets within 12 hours and all critical issues within 3 hours.
